A Multidimensional Model of Planned Behavior Theory and Its Prediction on Entrepreneurial Intention

It is widely believed that entrepreneurial intention a central concept within education. Students who have intentions tend to be self-employed and were not likely job seekers. Therefore, in the domain of research, critical issue studying entrepreneurship.Objectives: The study examines multidimensional model theory planned behavior its prediction on among university students. premise this individual attitude are complex processes which multiple factors determine effectiveness. This investigates whether will best described with construct or single how relationship path each dimension.Methodology: used cross-sectional design. Data was distributed 583 students vocational program at Brawijaya University Indonesia. analyzed using multi-group structural equation modeling two steps: measurement test test. validated instrument latent variable level while Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) model.Finding: found established by continuum construct: choice intention, commitment entrepreneurship, nascent entrepreneurship. Attitude toward entrepreneurship consists dimensions, affective instrumental attitude. Perceived behavioral control comprises self-efficacy perceived controllability. Every dimension has different dimensions as stronger predictor than association effect larger males rather females.Conclusion: answered necessity conduct an empirical intention. By treating models, we proposed new perspective describes behavior. Using modeling, reveals paths dimension.
